you make your Christmas a healthy one? that’s coming up in this video. This is

The chances of getting a cold is very high. So whenever you are going out early in
the morning, make sure that you cover your head and ears properly with a cap.
Follow all the hygienic precautions, wash your hands thoroughly and stay away from
those persons who are already suffering from a viral infection. Do all these
steps and you will not miss out on your Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
celebrations because of a nasty cold and flu! Point number two. Christmas is a time
when we make the best cakes and the best food all throughout the year. But when
you are about to eat something, always remember your health condition. Whatever
disease that you are suffering from, let it be diabetes, high blood pressure, high
cholesterol or even if you are on a healthy diet. Please make sure that you
do not cross the limits when it comes to having your favorite food. Do not overeat &
do not skip any meals and drink plenty of water, because in the winter season,
you always tend to drink less water and urine infections are very common and you
can easily prevent it by drinking lots of water. Point number three. keep a
control when you are having alcohol. Cut down on those alcoholic drinks and
please do not drink and drive! Point number four. Do not forget your daily
medicines. Whether you are suffering from diabetes, blood pressur,e heart disease or
let it be any other medicines that you are taking daily.
even if it is Christmas, please do not skip your medicines. It’s okay if you
skip just one dose of a medicine but, please don’t make it a habit during the
Christmas holidays. Point number five. Christmas celebration is incomplete
without Christmas cakes! Bake your own cake in your own home and I’ll bet that
it will be much sweeter and much better than what you buy from a bakery. If you

of recipes for persons who are suffering from diabetes to make a “sugar-free cake”.
Point number six. If you are fasting as a part of your religious culture, it’s okay!
Even if you are suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure or a heart disease,
it is not going to be a problem provided that you take the medicines when you
break the fast. It will be much better if you can monitor your blood sugar and
blood pressure at home itself and for that I will recommend you to go through
