times you actually cough while asleep. You can also let the hot water run in the
shower for a couple of minutes while the door is closed. This will fill the room with enough steam
for you to inhale. GINGER TEA. Ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties

removing phlegm from the respiratory tract. To make ginger tea, cut some fresh ginger
