How to Purify Your Kidneys, Liver and Pancreas Naturally

You’re not going to spend a fortune nor
a lot of time making this homemade remedy. It’s fantastic, because it helps improve
the health of such organs as the kidneys, liver, and pancreas. One of the ingredients of this remedy is coriander,
which is powerful and rich in medicinal properties. We’re talking about a common ingredient
in salads and spice mixtures. Notice some of its benefits: An excellent diuretic;
Stimulates liver function; Improves digestion;
Can cure diarrhea, because it’s excellent at the removal of bacteria and treating of
infections; Lowers cholesterol levels;
Cures canker sores with its antimicrobial and antiseptic properties;
Reduces blood sugar; Eliminates pink eye;
Improves vision and prevents ocular diseases. Now that we’ve told you about the advantages
of one of the ingredients, coriander, let’s look at the recipe: Ingredients – 1/2 cup of chopped coriander (not too small;
use the stalk too); – 1/2 cup of chopped parsley (not too small;
use the stalk too); – 300 ml of water. Instructions Place the coriander and the parsley in a pan
and cover them with water. Cook uncovered for ten minutes — the time
that it takes to eliminate the chlorophyll. After ten minutes have passed, remove the
pan from the heat and let the mixture cool. Drinking one cup daily is enough to eliminate
toxins and purify your body. Now that you know how powerful coriander and
parsley can be, be sure to add these ingredients frequently to your diet.

    Can we use celery instead of parsley? Celery is in every traditional market here. Coriander is not easy to find here.

    Why does everybody have to boil everything, heating anything past 118 degrees destroys enzymes,and why do you want to get rid of chlorophyll-the miracle of nature- just put in your blender and mix with your green stuff, every morning smoothie !!!!

    I make this But I add 2 TBS ginger, 2TBS turmeric, 1/4 tsp black pepper and one large Avocado Seed ground up fine you add this to the 3 large bunches of Coriander (cilantro) and 2 large bunches of Parsley bunches. Also I don't cook it , i just bring to boil and turn it of to cool.

    kurkum, ginger , timjam , oregano , rosmarin, cayanne , red Himalajan Rose Salt(pinch ) sometimes Cinnamon…. I Just put them in big glass and stir and drink … then i wash the glass couple of Times with My 1 litre of water and Just drink everything….. So i drink like 1,3 litres water with it… i hope its safe to do. I feel fine… Is it safe ANYONE?

    Better yet, make a chimichurri using cilantro, parsley, oregano, cumin, cayenne and olive oil. Just mix in a blender raw, no heating.
    The first time I made this, my kidneys released so much liquid, I was in the bathroom non-stop. I had so much energy because my body was no longer inflammed, that I have made this recipe almost weekly to cleanse my kidneys.

    Coriander is the SEEDS of the cilantro plant stems and leaves. Cooking cilantro for 10 minutes destroys much of its healing properies and nutrients.

    Can you not count to three? Your video has 3 ingredients, not just one. So why lie? That's probably the reason for most of the Dislike 'thumbs down' bc I know personally that boiling corriander and parsley are very good for flushing the kidneys and liver. Sometime I just soak the coriander seeds overnight & drink in the morning on an empty stomach. With herbs, I try not to focus on the taste, but the benefits.

    by the way, readers: at 1:25, the word eliminate is wrong choice of word and should have been "release". and will make sense as chlorophyll is important, healthy, needed for us.

    After the plant flowers and develops seeds, it is referred to as coriander. Cilantro (sih-LAHN-troh)is the Spanish word for coriander leaves. It is also sometimes called Chinese or Mexican parsley. Technically, coriander refers to the entire plant.

    One of the reasons it's recommended to cook is because it warms it down and prevents your body becoming too "cold" (yin in traditional chinese medicine) That's especially important when it's cold outside or rainy. If you live in a hot climate, then sure I guess it's fine not to cook it, but your digestive system has to work harder and cook it for you..

    I love cilantro and use it on my chile cut up with stalk and all. Just rinse well. I would rather cut up the cilantro and parsley and add it to my salad or stews as well. Yummy.

    This is extraction of the herbs, but fresh herbs. When they are boiled, all the important chemicals go into the water. After you drink the water. So you do not digest enithing, but you directly take only important chemicals, from herbs. Enzimes, and vitamines, are destroied from boiling. So this metod is to take-to extract only usefull chemicals. from the plants directly. If you want to eat raw, it has to be very, very good chewed to became as pasta in your mouth, mixed with your enzimes from mouth, so to digest better and easy to take more the ingredient from the herbs. But, when you eat raw, you will take less chemicals, than extraction, because you can not digest all from the raw materia, so you will lose them, and go to toilet. That's why you have to eat this raw herbs every day in every meal, to have effect. To try to put on in every food.
    The better extraction sometime is in alcohol like tincture. Search for this, but because of alcohol, it is better, to extract dayli as herb infusion.

    Why the need to call people names? Some foods and spices must be cooked in order to release their nutrient properties, some food need to be cooked in order to protect you due to the protectants in the seeds of the food which if you don’t cook could make you sick. Some foods shouldn’t be cooked because it kills vital nutrients. ……….
