How To Lower Blood Pressure Quickly – Quick Natural Way To Lower Your BP

September 10, 2019

Hi, my name is Usuff and I had pretty high
blood pressure yesterday morning. It rose to 171/113, which was pretty high
for me. It was that high because I was experimenting
with some B vitamins. And that experiment went disastrously wrong.
In the evening my blood pressure was still high, although it had dropped a little bit
to about 170/100. Not good, remaining high for so long the whole
day. I remembered a technique for bringing down
high blood pressure quickly that I read in an ebook.
And I applied the technique and I brought it down fairly successfully.
How To Lower Blood Pressure Quickly. If you’ve ever lost control of your blood
pressure, and it rises way too high,
here’s a technique you can use to bring it down quickly.
This technique is taken from Virginia Sturm’s ebook entitled
Natural Solutions to High Blood Pressure. In this ebook Virginia explains the causes
and dangers of high blood pressure. And outlines thirty natural ways to lower
it. One of the ways she gives is “soaking feet
in hot water”. When my blood pressure rose dangerously high,
in desperation, I tried this technique. And it did drop my BP down to a safer level
within an hour. Much to my relief.
Here’s my story. One morning my BP hit the roof.
It was 171/113. I reacted badly to a supplement I was taking.
After coming home from work my BP was still dangerously high.
I needed to bring my BP down quickly. In desperation I tried Virginia Sturm’s technique
of my soaking my feet in warm water. I improvised and found a plastic recyling
bin and emptied it. I then filled it with very warm water.
As hot as my feet could tolerate. At 8:39pm, just before placing my feet in
the water, I measured my BP. I used a reliable Omron BP monitor.
Before soaking my feet, my BP was 169/99. In other words, my BP had been high the whole
day. Not good.
I placed both feet in the warm water. The water was actually a bit hot.
Over the next hour I watched it fall nicely, down from 169/99 to 140/82 in just an hour.
In other words, this technique lowered my blood pressure from around 170/100 to 140/80
in an hour. That’s a big drop in a short time.
And a huge relief. I kept soaking my feet the rest of that night.
My BP did rise back up, but not as high as before.
It stabilized around the 150/90 mark that evening.
Soaking my feet in hot water worked for me. I thank my lucky stars.
I made this video because others may be in a similar situation and want to know how to
lower blood pressure quickly. Obviously, it’s not a permanent fix.
But it buys time. Time to look at more permanent solutions.
Other BP lowering advice can be found in Virginia Sturm’s ebook.
If you’re interested in her other ways to naturally lower BP, just go to BPGoLow.com.
By the way, although Virginia advertises herself as an ordinary Mum,
she is in fact a research scientist at the head of a university medical lab.
To find her ebook, just go to BPGoLow.com. Or just click the link below this video.
Thanks for watching this video on how to lower blood pressure quickly.
Please note. This video is not medical advice.
If your BP rises dangerously high, please visit your doctor or the ER.
High blood pressure is a serious medical issue.

I'm wondering if it's the actually water heater or could you just hear your feet in some battery heated socks? I actually have never had high blood pressure however my husband does. I can lower or raise my bp or heart rate just by breathing and concentrating on every beat. Been doing it since the 90's. I'm 44 now.

That is a temporary solution, at best. You have serious hypertension and are in desperate need of high blood pressure medication and should be placed on a low sodium diet.. Please see your physician, ASAP. If your blood pressure remains that high, over medium to long term, you could be a prime candidate for stroke, congestive heart failure etc.

if you want to lower your BP within 1or 2 hours, eat some avocado or half a baked potato…these both contain a lot of potassium & potassium relaxes the blood vessels just like the BP med, amlodipine does!

It works. Went from 165 to 135 after 1 hour

But I also incorporated breathing, Mg and diovan

If you were smart you would stick to your doctor's medications and advice on your diet. Temporary fixes like this might lower your BP but your goal is to maintain your BP in safe levels daily.

it is not a permanant solution because This initial reaction causes an increase in blood pressure, but because the warmth quickly causes the blood vessels to dilate or expand, the resistance on the heart is lessened. This means a soak in hot water will actually lower blood pressure!

Hi Yousuf, It is good that you are able to control your blood pressure. However, given that your initial blood pressure was dangerously high, you should also check for physiological reasons such as renal artery stenosis, coronary artery stenosis, some other adrenal problems. If it remains that high, you can possibly end up with stroke and definitely renal damage.

!!!That was 2 months ago – last week when he tested his blood pressure it was 115/75

Its probably getting lower because you're sitting down and relaxing.
It's the same with weight loss creams, you weigh yourself and take a reading then apply the cream and wait two hours and take another reading and you have lost weight because your body burns up fat over time.

The fastest way for me to lower my BP is meditation. This isn't for everyone but if you are an experienced meditator, capable of entering that altered state within seconds, it may work for you. I've been meditating almost daily for over 50 years so I am VERY experienced at rapidly inducing that altered state. I used to do it during red traffic lights while commuting to/from work, which was great practice because it had a built in "timer" – either the light turning green or the car behind me honking their horn (that almost never happened to me). The beauty of it was that I arrived at work feeling more relaxed and centered than when I started out from home, the exact opposite of most commuters. It showed in my mental acuity, focus, and creativity, and my social abilities at work too.

Like many people, I get what some call "white coat hypertension (or HBP)." That means my BP goes up significantly when I visit the doctor due to anxiety over possible outcomes, rushing to get there on-time, the "medical environment" that feels so cold and sterile, … So I frequently get readings when the nurse first measures my BP up into the 150's and sometimes even the 160's over 90-110. I then ask the nurse to give me a minute and try it again. I do my speed meditation visualizing a very relaxing scene like lying in the warm summer sun next to a babbling stream. A standard part of meditation is deep breathing (in through nose into your abdomen – it should visibly swell up with air, brief hold then out through your mouth) so it should come naturally if you are an experienced meditator. I also borrowed this line from a Sting song that I use as a mantra, repeating "Be still my beating heart" throughout my brief meditation. I am always able to lower my blood pressure by 10-20 doing that. This routine could also be considered a biofeedback process if you prefer a more scientific view of it.

I, myself personally can testify to the effectiveness of this “Zοtοku Weebly” (Gοοgle it) treatment plan.Another treatment I’ve tested out are not long-lasting in maintaining my blood pressure levels. There’s no other treatment method on the market that accomplish what it says. I simply demand a short period of time, my high blood pressure had gone right down to 145/90 and taken care of it for a short time. .
