    Hello! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Fenoboci Diet Plan (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you tried Fenoboci Diet Plan? I have heard several extraordinary things about it and my buddy lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

    How do I calculate this for losing weight and building muscle? Right now im at 458 and shooting for 300 as a first goal. My body definitely does not like carbs at this point, losing weight might change this. Anything over 180 or so carbs a day and my sugar gets high. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
