    Recently Iโ€™ve been trying to do a gallon a day of water so that helps with the flushing of the sugar! Sometimes I donโ€™t want to but I make sure u get a good workout in sometimes just 30mins and normally 30 mins is great just so you can get that blood flowing. My family has a history of high blood pressure and Iโ€™m determined not to not have it no time soon love the videos!
