    오늘신기한일을 겪었습니다 평소처럼 기버터와 핑크솔트로 구운 고기들을 어느정도 먹으니까 식욕이 사라지고 아 이제 안먹고싶다라는 생각이 들어서 식사 중단했는대 먹는양은 줄고 몸은 매우가볍고 만족감이 들었습니다 이게바로 몸의 소리를 들으라는것이구나라는걸 깨달았습니다.
    평소보다 먹는양이 줄었는대도 만족스럽게 먹어서 군것질 생각도 안나내요 정말 카니보어는 대단한거 같아요
